Add-ons for things that are included at other doctor’s offices. I was told that in order to not get a dilation that will make my vision blurry for 6+ hours and add 30 minutes to my appt, I have to pay an extra fee. That’s something that should’ve been specified before! Even after paying, after your appt you can’t just check out and leave, expect to wait for an additional 20-30 minutes in the lobby. For what? I couldn’t tell you. I went to the front desk to check out and they flat out ignored me. Another employee asked me to have a seat. This was after my appt was finished. I just needed to pay the fee so I could leave, I told them I was not getting glasses & just need to pay & they still ignored me. They don’t tell you how to access your prescription. I just happened to notice a little sign off to the side that says there’s a portal. The doctor was fine. The rest of the staff was awful. I see why they had so many appts available. I won’t be coming back.
