“Dr. Chan is open and upfront with what is going on with my eyes. I saw him because I had cataract surgery on both eyes and I want glasses instead of readers. I have been going back and forth between both pairs of reading glasses and I just want 1 pair of glasses so I can see close up, and I don’t have to take the glasses off just to see distances. Plus, I don’t like wearing separate sunglasses. My last eye doctor waited until I yelled at his techs about my vision was getting blurrier and blurrier, it took almost 2 years for him to finally tell me that I had cataracts!!! I ended up being wrongfully terminated because I couldn’t read the computer screen!!! ”

Everyone from the front office girls to the doctor himself were very nice, and informative. I had no wait. Everything was explained to me about my eye care and how it would affect me. I was also given discount coupons for my new eyewear. This is my first time getting glasses, and they made it very easy.

Yes I have already recommended Dr John Chan to my family, who are also in need of securing doctors here in Las Vegas. Dr Chan was very nice, listened to my vision complaints and explained everything. Plus the office equipment was great and not cramps in a small space, the visit was very comfortable.

Dr. Chan is an incredible O.D. He was very friendly. He listened carefully and asked appropriate questions, resulting in a prescription for eye glasses that I anticipate will be the best I've had for years. I can't remember feeling so positive after meeting with a medical professional. It's very easy to heartily recommend him.

I had Lasik surgery in 1998 and have been to many fantastic doctors in my 67 years. Dr. Chan provided a thorough examination followed by a thorough explanation of entirely everything I could have imagined going on with my eyes. I recommend him very highly.

Excellent optometrist! I am incredibly impressed (and I've seen many optometrists prior to this because I move around/travel often). Dr. Chan is great at explaining and clearly communicating any issues and potential solutions. I left feeling very informed. His staff is also quite professional. Highly, highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience! Very quick and timely appointment. I was given information right away as the exam was happening and I felt informed and confident in my understanding of everything going on with my eyes. I was able to see pictures as the exam went on and he explained all of the information very clearly. It was an extremely comfortable environment and everything from checking in to getting my glasses prescription was extremely pleasant and I would 100% recommend to anyone.
