About Dr. John Charochak
Dr. Charochak is not contracted with Medicare, AHCCS, or any government insurance plans. His practice puts the patient first. Primary care/family practice and motor vehicle accidents are the cornerstone of the practice, and most general health conditions can be addressed and managed accordingly. We perform spinal manipulation when indicated as part of the osteopathic theory of practice and in accordance with most spinal conditions. Other important facets of the practice include addiction therapy, work-related injuries, and sports-related injuries.
Dr. Charochak attended Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, where he earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. He is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management. His approach to patient care is marked by an insightful attitude, caring disposition, and a genuine desire to help. Above all, he treats his patients with respect and as if they are members of his own family.

The office was very out of date with their equipment. I was weighed on a sliding scale. Despite my effort to look away from the numbers in front of me, my weight was called out. My questions were answered with “I don’t know” and “I can go find out if you want” in disappointed tones. In the other hand, the nurse taking my vitals was very kind and polite

The business model here is to order every possible test, make you pay for an office visit to “discuss” each one, even though you can see the results yourself and that they are normal. They barely use computers, instead illegible paper orders and files. I would not recommend this office.

My test results were held for six days I had to ask for them. And they didn't sent my test results to my doctors office because they didn't read the instructions on the form I gave them!
