“Exactly what I hoped it would be for some allergy screening. And now, I’m looking at the plans to start going in weekly for shots. Maybe then I’ll love my girlfriend’s cats. You know, when they’re not making me asthmatic. Unless…is that a life thing?! I forgot to ask. Like, cats go away, asthma goes away? Is that in my future?!!! Or is this…is this with me forever?! Oh man, I need to follow up.”

“I'm sorry that I forget the name of the two people who took care of me, but they were both so kind & patient. Took the time to explain everything to me, which I loved. I left feeling informed & on a track w/a treatment plan which is exactly what I wanted.”

During my consultation at Premier Allergy, Asthma and Sinus Care in Chicago, I left concerned about process and patient consideration. I rated it a 2 only because the medical assistants, Rudy and Letty, were professional and kind. I scheduled a straightforward visit to confirm a longstanding asthma diagnosis with no recent incidents. Instead of seeing the physician, I was seen by two PAs. Claire was professional as a trainee. Despite more than 25 years of documented history that I offered to provide, Amanda required new testing rather than reviewing prior records and did not meaningfully request asthma documentation. Tests were ordered at Rush, which initially could not process them due to credentialing limits, causing delays. Results showed no additional lung defect and only minor asthma at best, consistent with my history. I was then asked to return in 3 to 4 weeks. The outcome was added cost, lost work time, and no added clinical value.
Exactly what I hoped it would be for some allergy screening. Oh man, I need to follow up.

Zodoc made it quick and easy to find a doctor same day! Super easy to schedule. With such ease of finding and securing an appt it made me feel a lot better knowing I would be getting the care I needed that day.

I met with Kathleen A. Finneke. She was incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. This was an incredible experience from start to finish. The front desk and nursing staff were kind and helpful, and the office was bright, clean and updated. Would recommend to anyone.
Good group. Would be nice to know the visit is with a PA since I specifically did want to meet with a doctor. I give them 5 stars on everything they executed on from that perspective.
Verified patient
Terrible service. Terrible staff. If they could not see me at the scheduled time due to a prior insurance issue then they should have called me to make me aware. Instead, I planned the appointment within my busy day and took the time to get over there when I could have seen another allergist that would have respected me.
Verified patient
I met with one of the PA's, Jessica Jakob for allergy testing. Having done this in the past, Premier Allergy were the most comprehensive in assessing both environmental and food allergies, and were the first to link environmental allergies with a personal, longstanding history of a shellfish allergy. They were also great at discussing immunotherapy options to treat both allergies, whereas other places have essentially confirmed what I knew with more "passive" interventions (eg. keeping epi-pen prescription updated, avoidance of shellfish). Highly recommend, plus a very friendly staff all around from the front desk to medical assistants!
Verified patient
Office staff were very polite and friendly. A good experience with that. the "provider" was only available for the last 10 minutes or so. The main contact was a very nice and polite but very inexperienced person really with little knowledge of what was happening. Very nice and polite though. There was no doctor in the office. Overall, a great office but lacking credibility about what we sought to learn. Seemed to have emphasis on the "insurability" of what went on, no fault of the folks I met. I would not go back.
So far so good! I only had my new patient visit to start shots and get a consistent daily inhaler. PA Jessica was extremely informative and all the nurses and technicians gave me clear information
Verified patient
Wonderful staff! Caring and great listeners. I feel they have pointed me in the right direction to find help for my allerigies. Allergies are tricky.
Verified patient
I appreciated that they checked insurance and provided estimates before the visit. Kathleen was great and took the time to discuss everything

I am in the process of learning what I am allergic to and this Office helped me to learn the "things" and offers different solutions. Really appreciated their knowledge and their kindness- Thank you!
Verified patient
Every person i interacted with there (~ people) was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, clear and efficient. This was by far the smoothest and most painless experience I've encountered. Further, I learned a lot of very helpful information with clear explanations and clear steps forward with a focus on wide ranging benefits towards my health. I don't usually take the time to write this much about a place or practice, but worth it. Highly recommend.

Very nice and knowledgeable office staff and doctors were kind and very knowledgeable about my condition. They explained everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing
Amazing, attentive, patient pa. From front desk, to the ma, to the pa, I was so impressed by how kind/attentive everyone was.

This was an absolutely incredible experience for me and my daughter. My daughter was given a 173 point allergy test and Ami was so kind and patient with us. She detailed Everything that she was doing and made us completely comfortable. The front desk staff was such a delight- she stocked all of the beverages and had a smile that lit up the room. As for Kathleen, she was truly fantastic! We will definitely recommend this office and its staff to anyone seeking allergy, asthma/Sinus Information and testing. Thank you so much again for taking care of my daughter this morning at 8am.

Everything was first rate. Clean, modern facility; exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Latrall is all that a physician should be: friendly, thorough, good listener, explains everything clearly AND gives it to you in print. In decades of interacting with medical professionals, this was one of the best experiences I have had.

Wonderful experience at the Niles office. Extremely thorough and check-in process was easy! Would refer anyone to this practice.
Super friendly and the practitioner and his staff were very conscientious and considerate. I felt very at ease for my first time at an allergist’s office, and I was a little nervous.
I was seen immediately after check in. Staff was really friendly and profesional. They explained all the steps and allowed me to make choices and deciding what procedures could be done at the visit. I was given explicit instructions as to how to proceed in the future and also new meds to replace old ones. I was there for over 2 hours but I was well attended and it did not feel that long. My congratulations to the staff.

Dr. Latall is friendly, knowledgeable, and person-centered in his approach. I felt like we were partners in my care and feel confident that the care plan we agreed to will improve my allergies and health. His staff is helpful and approachable. I’m very happy with my decision to come here (especially since I’ll be getting allergy shots, which means we’ll be seeing a lot of each other!).
Verified patient
Dr. Latall was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. Excited to be working with him on allergy issues he was able to provide answers for that I haven’t found previously.
Verified patient
I could not have been more impressed with my first visit. I was shocked (and so pleased) at the amount of time Dr. Latall took to get to know me and help me understand my symptoms, next steps, and treatment routes. His entire staff was incredibly professional, warm, and supportive. And Dr. Latall was very engaging and respectful to his staff. You can tell how well they work together. I feel so fortunate to have found this practice.
