I was awarded a Doctor of Psychology by Nova Southeastern University in 2003. During my more than 30 years in the field, I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, and residential settings with children, adolescents, adults and seniors. For the last 21 years, I have worked in private practice with a very diverse group of clients. This experience has taught me much and allowed me to truly hone my skills. I see children, teens, and adults that suffer from ADHD, anxiety, panic attacks, sleep dysregulation, headaches, or dysphoria. In addition, older adults that are concerned about memory loss and cognitive decline. I am a Clinical Psychologist that utilizes neurological and psychotherapeutic interventions to help treat a host of imbalances and to help my clients reach their maximum potential. I hold an Integrated Medicine Certification. The science of epigenetics guides my approach to treatment. I blend psychotherapy, neurofeedback, nutraceuticals, and lifestyle changes are combined to achieve optimal treatment results. At the core of this approach is the mind-body connection. I believe that it is never too soon or too late in life to seek change and self-actualization. Ask yourself, if not now, then when?
