About Dr. Joseph Toth
Originally from the Harrisburg area, Dr. Toth spent 7 years at school in Philadelphia earning his Optometry degree at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2007. Since then, he has been successfully practicing Optometry for 11 years in San Diego, California. Dr. Toth recently sold his business in San Diego and made the move back to Pennsylvania to be closer to family and friends. Dr. Toth and his wife knew they wanted to be somewhere between home and the city of Philadelphia. It took some time to find a community that would be a great fit for Dr. Toth and his family and he was extremely excited when offered the opportunity to take over Skippack Vision. After a little research and discovering that Montgomery County owns the title of most golf courses per square mile, of any county in America, Dr. Toth was sold!
Dr. Toth has proven to be committed to his profession and patients by routinely upgrading his diagnostic skills by engaging in continuing education courses. Dr. Toth specializes in family comprehensive vision exams, treating external ocular disease, and contact lens fittings.
Dr. Toth is licensed to use diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceuticals to treat and manage an array of vision and ocular diseases. Dr. Toth is also certified to treat numerous eye diseases including glaucoma. He is also a surgical co-managing doctor in conjunction with Kremer Eye Center for cataracts, LASIK, etc.

I have had glasses for almost 30 years and have seen many doctors. He is by far one of the best ones I have ever been to. He answered all of my questions. When we were done, he asked if I had any concerns or additional questions. He provided me with a lot of good information.

I went in for a en eye exam to get updated contacts and eyeglasses. Dr Toth was very easy going and knowledgable. I can tell he really cared about my vision needs and wanted what was best for me. I will definitely be seeing him again! (No pun intended)

I loved the girl I spoke with over the phone. I hate that I forgot her name but she called to confirm my appointment and with the new vision insurance I have, I had a lot of questions which she was able to answer and help me understand. The Dr. Toth is a very nice man. Very informative and he understood what I needed and what I needed it for. The entire first appointment was a breeze and I was surprised by how fast it was to get everything done as well as pick out my cute new glasses lol ( about 40-45 mins). Will be recommending my mother to Dr. Toth. She is WAY over due for an eye exam.
