Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and interpersonal difficulties. As a psychologist, my goal is to foster a supportive, understanding, collaborative, and respectful environment for every client. I utilize an individualized, multimodal approach tailored to each person's unique needs. Whether we are working toward healing, developing effective stress management strategies, or building coping skills, my aim is to empower clients to reach their fullest potential..
