About Dr. Julianne Morton
Dr. Julianne Morton joined Northwestern Women's Health Associates in 2016. Providing care for patients of all backgrounds through all stages of life, Dr. Morton practices a full range of obstetric and gynecologic care. She addresses all needs, from pregnancy prevention and family planning to prenatal care and delivery, from well visits to gynecologic surgery.
Collaborative decision making and empowering patients are the cornerstones of Dr. Morton’s care philosophy. She is dedicated to thoroughly addressing patient concerns in a friendly, judgement-free environment.
Dr. Morton is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is affiliated with Northwestern University with privileges in general Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital/Prentice Women's Hospital. She is proud to have been given the opportunity to educate future doctors and OB/GYNs in training and has been the recipient of multiple teaching awards by Northwestern University.
Prior to joining our team, Dr. Morton earned her Doctor of Medicine degree with honors at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she also completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training. During residency, she served as Chief Administrative Resident and was awarded for laparoscopic/minimally invasive surgery, medical student teaching, and professionalism. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
Julianne Morton is from the Chicagoland area, and currently lives in Lakeview with her husband, two children, and Labrador retriever. She takes advantage of the perks of living in Chicago by enjoying street festivals, art fairs, and patio dining in the Summertime and cheering on the Chicago Bears every Fall.
