“The location of this office is a little confusing. It's next to a Target and looks like the side door at the back of the Target. There is a huge red Target circle directly above the door but the door itself has the name on it.
Small office, no frames, a little more like a clinic than I expected but the Dr. Gorn is very good and I felt like I got a good and thorough exam.

Great experience with Dr. Gorn! I just went in for an exam and contacts fitting. She was efficient without being at all rushed, enthusiastically answered my questions, and provided a range of recommendations.

The Optometrist is very knowledgeable and quick. If you have a problem with their card reader Declining your card make sure that it's not their payment processor. Front desk staff may have to process payment on the computer as card reader kept declining my card about 4 times. Issue is on their end. Thank goodness the doctor came out to point out the card reader issue & told front desk person to process the payment via computer/online. Must pay upfront. They don't bill patients at this office. Have your benefits checked and ready as front desk is very snippy explaining benefits/ insurance verification.

This was overall one of the best eye exams and experience at an optometrist I’ve received in years. Do not be afraid to ask anything they will have the right answer. The patience the doctor’s assistant had with me was more than enough to make my visit worthwhile thank you for this great experience.
