“I write reviews about Dr. Shah and Town Optical because I’ve been going to this provider for years. My doctors have changed throughout the years but not the service or friendliness of the staff. I was late to my appt but Dr. Shah still made time for me. My appointment wasn’t rushed at all. She gave me the time I needed to conduct a thorough exam and talk to me about my needs. This time, I purchased some new glasses and as always, the selection and service were great. ”

About Dr. Julie Shah

Dr. Julie Shah earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. She received her clinical training at the Lyons VA Hospital, Eye Doctors of Washington, and the Witlin Center for Advanced Eyecare. Dr. Shah provides comprehensive eye exams to patients of all ages. She is experienced in the management and treatment of ocular emergencies, glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and corneal abnormalities. She also has a special interest in fitting a wide variety of contact lenses.
