What a wonderful experience. Every layer of this office was attentive to my needs. The front desk was friendly, fun and helpful, and they spent the time to make sure I know about all the benefits from my insurance. The associates were professional, caring and wanted to hear about my all my issues, and lastly Dr. McElroy was the most thorough optometrist I've ever had! This is a really well-curated operation... AND I can see again! Thank you all!

It was amazing in the office! It was very clean, very friendly staff, I was seen almost immediately after signing in. They had called the previous day and told me everything I would need for my appointment and to verify that I was coming and what I was coming for. I love Dr. Justin, he's very easy to talk to listens to your concerns, and answers every question in a very good and easy-to-understand way.

Dr Justin was so great. He was using a lot of words that I don’t understand, but was happy to explain everything to me. He was quick but thorough. I arrived at my appt and did paperwork and may have been in the lobby 5 minutes when I was called to the back. Other staff was amazing and so nice. They made an otherwise unpleasant experience enjoyable. Although I was hoping I didn’t need glasses (which I ended up getting) they made it a breeze. The guy helping me choose my glasses was super helpful and explained all the extras to me. He even helped me pick my glasses. Highly recommend this office and doctor!

The doctor and staff were very friendly and great with my daughter. She was scared and didn’t really want to cooperate but they never lost their patience with her (even though I did) and did an excellent job.

Dr. McElroy took the time to re-evaluate my previous file and he educated me about my eye condition and gave me several different options to choose from to help me get the proper treatment needed as far as helping me chose my surgeon and his assistant scheduled my appointment for me. Very helpful!

Very friendly staff from the front door all through the clinic. Very accommodating. Dr McElroy was very thorough and open to any questions that I may have had. I will definitely continue using him. So glad they are in Ellisville now. Thanks guys
