3.) There is a $50 no-show and late cancellation fee for missed appointments, and appointments cancelled with less than 72 hour notice.
Also, please note: Dr. Mahmoud is in-network with select HMO plans. However, for your visit to be covered, you must have Dr. Mahmoud listed as your Primary Care Physician (PCP) with your
insurance provider before your appointment. If this is not done, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Dr. Karim is a highly accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine. He is also passionate about anti-aging, health, and fitness. He earned his MBBCH in Medicine and Surgery with honors from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt in 2011, followed by joining a Master of Science in Cardiovascular Disease in 2012 from the same institution.
Dr. Karim completed his Internal Medicine residency training at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He has also held several positions as a resident in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine at hospitals in Cairo, Egypt, and Hospitalist in Internal Medicine in the United States. He is currently a Hospitalist in Internal Medicine at multiple hospitals through the united states.
Dr. Karim is an active member of several professional societies and is committed to providing the highest level of care to his patients. In addition to his clinical work, he is dedicated to promoting anti-aging, health, and fitness to help his patients live their best lives.
