I integrate evidence-based strategies with insight-oriented work to help you better understand patterns, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change. Together, we will work toward improving emotional well-being, strengthening resilience, and enhancing your overall quality of life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. I will ask questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and goals. There is no pressure to share everything at once, this is a supportive and comfortable space. We will also talk about what you hope to gain from therapy and begin developing a plan that feels right for you moving forward.
