About Dr. Katharine Pelletier
Katharine Pelletier, MD, is an experienced OBGYN. She recently joined the team of compassionate providers at OBGYN Westside, PLLC, located in the Upper West Side of New York City.
Dr. Pelletier is a native New Yorker who is particularly interested in general pregnancy care, high-risk obstetrics, contraception, adolescent GYN, and LGBTQ+ care. She graduated from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and completed her premedical studies at Columbia University in New York, New York, after which she received her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn.
Dr. Pelletier completed her OBGYN residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, and comes to the practice with experience in private practice. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and improving her French language skills.

Dr. Pelletier has such kind and caring energy and made me feel so at ease today. She also made sure to ask me if I had any questions at multiple times throughout the appointment, which I really appreciated. Sad I won't be able to see her when I move to California in June. We need more doctors like her!

0/10!! I would absolutely not go to this provider. They double coded my appointment from an annual to a diagnostic appointment because, when they asked if there was anything I had questions/concerns on, I responded with one sentence. They also did not promptly contact me with any results, I had to google what the medication was that I received from CVS. I genuinely think these practices promote negative healthcare outcomes. Have never left a review like this. Hope they change their ways!

Amazing Katharine Pelletier actually LISTENS to female patients. A lot of doctors I've been to just brush off what I feel/want, but Dr.Pelletier took me seriously. Ran all the tests I wanted and more. Great communicator. Seriously thorough and caring doctor. Wish I could give her 6 stars.

Robotic bedside manner. Even when I asked her to be nicer to be and clarify and elaborate, she was still robotic and short. The only emotion I got from her was pity. I had to see her because it was an emergency, but I’d avoid at all costs next time.

I would not recommend. The doctor did not follow-up with test results and did not realize until 6-months later during this appointment I booked. Then slapped me with a bill for the results that were now no longer accurate. Plus, I had to follow-up to get my prescription placed that the doctor said she was going to send to my pharmacy during the visit. I hope she is more attentive to other patients.
