I was very nervous about this visit due to the fact of an unsatisfactory experience from another provider. Dr. Rimpel far exceeded my expectations. Her bedside manner was impeccable and I did not feel rushed. All my questions were answered in a professional manner, needless to say I would highly recommend this provider.
The only issue was the wait time which exceeded an hour, I had to approach the front desk staff on why I was waiting so long. There was no forthcoming answer from them but due to the care I received from Dr. Rimpel I was not too upset about that.

My experience at this office was fantastic. The ladies in the admin area were very friendly and professional. Dr. Rimpel is such a lovely professional caring woman, she listens to you while you talk without interrupting. I'm glad I found her. Also, the assistants were very friendly. Overall everyone I came in contact with were very welcoming, friendly and just plain old NICE!!

I have never had much luck finding a gyno I Iiked (as far as an OB Dr. Sterbutzel is incredible and delivered both my babies) but I took a risk on Dr. Rimpel despite her being part of Northwell.. and I am so glad that I did! She is absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable, kind, a great listener. Made me feel instantly comfortable and was very gentle during the exam. She also took the time to answer all of my questions and then some. As far as the wait - I arrived very early but was seen 5 mins after my scheduled appt time and after having vitals checked and changing into my gown, it was less than a minute before the Dr was in to see me! Office staff wasn’t overly friendly but seemed to be keeping everything in order so what more can you ask for? I will be a returning patient of Dr. Rimpel’s for the foreseeable
future. HIGHLY recommend.
