About Dr. Keerthi Karamched
Dr. Karamched was born and raised in Oklahoma. She received her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and medical degree from the University of Oklahoma. She completed her internal medicine residency training at Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri before completing her fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the University of Michigan. She was on faculty at University of Michigan in the Allergy Division for 2 years prior to joining North Texas Allergy and Asthma Associates.
Dr. Karamched believes in providing thorough patient care and also in empowering patients to take control of their allergic conditions through patient education. She understands the importance of taking details from a patient’s history to identify an underlying unifying diagnosis.
When Dr. Karamched is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, and watching movies.

I was pleased with the overall appt. Dr. Karamched was pleasant and smiling during the appt. She provided me with the information I was there to hear about. She showed concern, listened to my reasons for not wanting to take specific medications and made recommendations to remedy my issues. The medical assistants and office staff were very friendly and proficient, and they were able to answer all my questions. If someone didn’t know the answer at the time I asked, when they returned to check on me, they had the answer.
