Kenneth R. I booked a video consultation with the doctor, waited for instructions to connect and when I didn't receive them 30 minutes before, called the office to let them know. I was told someone would call me back and no one did. I kept checking email, but never received the instructions and so the appointment never happened. I wasted my whole morning waiting for this doctor. Terrible!

His office not accept insurance despite saying they do on the phone / it being written on this page. I was already in the office and desperate to be treated by the time they told me they didn’t accept insurance. Ouch. I was hit with a surprise massive bill.

there was a disconnect between zocdoc and the office paperwork and I will say I probably was a bit too angry about it (hey I was in pain) but the assistant was so nice, professional, and helpful she is an asset to the practice. and Dr. Allyne has a very good bedside manner and seems very knowledgeable and likeable so far. thank you both.
