My impression is that I was labled "the difficult patient," more than a patient they could have worked kindly with to be sure we were on the same page.”

About Dr. Kenneth Mueller

Dr. Ken Mueller earned his bachelor's degree from Millikin University in Decatur, IL, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He received his Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University in 1990, where he earned recognition for his original research in the area of contact lenses. After deciding to become a doctor, he shifted his focus from surgery to optometry. Being in a small community, truly knowing his patients and their families, and serving their eyecare needs is especially meaningful to Dr. Mueller. He finds optometry tremendously rewarding, as he is on the forefront of medical care and technology for his glaucoma and macular degeneration patients, helping to ensure their good vision for a lifetime.
