I confirmed my appointment everyday for 7 Days at least once a day when I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment they told me I didn't have an appointment. So then she looked up my name and said I was in the overflow. I needed to give her an ID and my insurance. She then told me that they can't accept my insurance today. They do accept my insurance but she couldn't take it for an appointment today I would have to come back. She informed me I didn't have an appointment. I showed her pages of text that I have gotten for the last 7 days saying I had an appointment and me confirming it. I'm disabled. I was kind of stuck cuz I had to wait for my ride which would be over an hour. Now I have to find a different eye place cuz I will not go back there
