This was my first visit to SightMD, and I was thoroughly disappointed. While the receptionist was very kind and welcoming, my experience with Dr. Kevin Vo was quite the opposite. He was dismissive and lacked any bedside manner, making me feel like he was doing me a favor just by seeing me.
I left the appointment feeling like my concerns were brushed off as if they were solely my problem to deal with. No effort was made to offer guidance or alternative solutions. I didn’t feel like a patient in need of care, but rather just another number, another insurance card to bill.

Crystal at the front office is very helpful and nice. I came on the wrong day, but she still gave me eyelid wipes for my chalazion and lots of tips on how to manage it.

I was really impressed how up to date Dr. Vo’s knowledge of an eye disorder that wasn’t his precise area of specialty was and his “bedside manner” is superb—a great listener and communicator with a broad knowledge base. I feel really lucky to be his patient. Finding parking in the area is very problematic, but he is worth the trouble.

Office wait was horrendous. Over 2 hours and no one knew what was going on. Don’t accept that many appointments if you can’t handle it. Dr was great but will not be back simply because of the wait. Can’t afford a whole day sitting there
