“Dr. Bernard was amazing!!! Honestly, the best OBGYN doctor I have ever seen. She was a great listener and answered all my questions with geninueness and transparency. She is very friendly, and I felt very comfortable talking with her and the clinician accompanying her. The appointment started with paperwork, then intake questions in a cubicle (the nurse was very kind), and I waited in a patient room to see the doctor. Wait time was over an hour to see her, but honestly, I will wait another hour to see her again because she was so lovely!! (She apologized as there were some comprehensive cases before me, so I am not sure if this is the normal wait time.) The front office staff were also very polite and helpful. Truly, I wish more doctors led with such kindness, leadership, and care. She is very knowledgeable and carefully explained everything to me, as well as future steps and options. I truly felt heard and respected. I cannot wait to see her again! ”
