Kiranjit Khalsa, MD, MPH, welcomes patients of all ages at her practice, Premier Allergy Asthma & Immunology, PLLC in Scottsdale, Arizona. With dual board certification in Internal Medicine and Allergy and Immunology, as well as extensive experience in the field, Dr. Khalsa has helped many patients achieve optimal health and wellness. With her diligence and compassion, Dr. Khalsa has also been recognized in Phoenix Magazine's TopDoc.
Dr. Khalsa is a New York native, having received her Bachelor of Science in biology at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York, where she was also selected into a scholarship program for Women in Science and Engineering.
Before entering medical school, she went to State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, New York, where she obtained a Master in Public Health with a specialization in community health science.
Dr. Khalsa then went on to receive her medical degree from St. George's University. She then returned to Stony Brook University to complete an Internal Medicine Residency. From there, she went to Albany Medical College in Albany, New York, for fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology.
In keeping with her ongoing passion for research, Dr. Khalsa has been published as a first author in peer-reviewed academic journals and has co-authored several research studies. She has also presented at national and local allergy and immunology conferences.
Dr. Khalsa naturally connects with her patients, taking the time to listen and explain her reasoning. Her demeanor and professionalism have earned her trust among her peers and her patients. In her spare time, Dr. Khalsa enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her two dogs, and traveling.

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Khalsa. She is an exceptionally skilled allergist—highly knowledgeable, thorough in her evaluations, and able to explain complex information in a clear way. Beyond her expertise, she is personable and genuinely cares about her patients, which makes each visit comfortable and reassuring.
I would highly recommend Dr. Khalsa to anyone seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable allergist!

I can’t recommend Dr. Khalsa enough! From the very first visit, I felt listened to and cared for. They take the time to thoroughly explain test results, treatment options, and what to expect, which really helped me feel confident in my care plan. The office staff is also incredibly kind, organized, and efficient. I never feel rushed, but I’m also never waiting forever to be seen.
Since starting treatment, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my allergy symptoms and overall quality of life. It’s clear that Dr. Khalsa is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in their patients’ well-being.

Dr Khalsa is excellent. She is intelligent, kind and caring. She took lots of time with my daughter at her visit and going through her allergy treatment option. I also had the same experience when I saw her personally for allergy testing. She truly cares about her patients and is a one of a kind doctor!

The office staff for Dr. KHALSA was very nice and professional with great attitudes to help. Dr. Khalsa was very informative of my issue and explained in detail my situation / illness, and proper course of action to remedy my issue and get better, back to normality.
