About Dr. Kishore Tipirneni
Dr. Tipirneni grew up in the Midwest in Columbus, Ohio. He was accepted to medical school directly from high school, which allowed him to get his bachelor's and medical degree in 6 years. He did his residency in orthopedic surgery at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and has been practicing as an orthopedic surgeon in the Northwest Valley since 1996. Dr. Tipirneni is a board-certified general orthopedic surgeon who deals with arthritis, including joint replacements, fracture care, hand surgery, arthroscopic surgery, and sports medicine, including arthroscopies and ACL reconstructions. He has many hobbies, including computer programming. He is a self-taught programmer and created the original software for medical imaging distribution for orthopedics, which allowed orthopedics in the US to transition from plain film X-rays to digital X-rays. Dr. Tipirneni has been awarded many patents in the medical field and continues to be an innovator. As another hobby, Dr. Tipirneni is also an author who has multiple best-selling novels. Dr. Tipirneni’s philosophy about patient care is to provide excellent care with the best treatments for patients in an efficient yet empathetic manner.

I strongly do not recommend. The entire appointment was a mere three minutes, during which a test was ordered. I was asked to return in two weeks without any guidance on how to address the persistent joint issue that is causing significant discomfort. This is unacceptable behavior from any provider, especially one in a more critical-care specialty like orthopedics, where immediate care is essential. The bedside manner was also lacking. A doctor is supposed to ask more questions and at least perform a physical examination. Nothing.

Excellent office staff - very friendly and efficient. Doctor was very prompt, listened to my concerns, explained my options and was quick to understand the hope for quick relief for arthritis in my thumb by way of a cortisone shot - which was expertly administered with absolutely no bruising and offered good relief within 2 days. Very happy.

He explained he was new to this practice, was very quick to dismiss anything I said and referred me to another doctor. I said I was interested in dry needling which they said they do there and he said I needed to go to a spine specialist.
I literally threw money away to see this doctor that was zero help to me. He didn’t provide any exercise options. Any specific doctors next steps anything. Just go see a different doctor didn’t spend more than five minutes with me had no emotion and didn’t care what I said

Not the most personable staff or doctor but very fast and organized. Came in filled out paper work went into a room was seen inside of 15 mins. No real introductions but he asked me what happened felt my leg told me my injury got me the boot and I was out of there in 20 mins. No fluff no frills but quick and easy service.

Doctor was great.
Initial check in was somewhat difficult for me because I am a senior EVERY FORM was all on a ipad. I can work on a computer keyboard, but that tablet layout and progression confused me. Plus it was difficult to sign my name with a finger nail. All my signatures looked different and I sure could not ever swear that they were mine - seems like a useless legal doc. I WISH I could have filled out the forms in advance - using a link on their website or at least printed the forms prior to my appointment, like so many other offices offer now.

Wait time was very short. Doc was able to quickly determine what was wrong with my rotator cuff by just reviewing an x-ray and examining my shoulder. He was straight forward and prepared to answer any questions I had. I was happy to hear surgery would not be required at this time and was given alternative soloutions.

Kishore is one of the best mot sought out doctors in AZ. I watched him pay out of his own pocket to help someone who couldn’t afford help. The care this doctor establishes for his patients is a type of care you will not find in any other doctor. If you can get in to see him you’d be in the best care. So happy to have found such a great orthopedic surgeon!

This was one of the best visits to see a doctor that I can remember. Very friendly and efficient staff, and Dr Tipirneni took his time to go over my situation, reviewed my X-rays and provided an additional test in his office that I have not seen elsewhere. I would highly recommend Dr. Tipirneni to anyone needing ortho treatment. He’s the BEST!!!
