About Dr. Kristen Heck
Kristen Heck, O.D. received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2004 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Samford University. Her special field of interest is primary care optometry, where she oversees comprehensive management of her patients' visual function, ocular health, and related health care.
As the daughter of an optometrist, Dr. Heck considers herself fortunate to have watched the profession grow and evolve over the years. She is very proud to be part of a health care profession that diligently strives to improve patients' lives. Dr. Heck loves meeting new patients every day and developing relationships that help her improve their quality of life by helping them see their world better and more comfortably.
