Dr. Zimmer was great, thorough, friendly, used plain language, and followed up with me in the evening with a personal call to address my questions.

I felt that she rushed me through my questions and seemed a bit impatient about answering them. I came in to get a chalazion looked at, and she only looked at the one on the outside of my eye. She completely missed the one on the inside of my eye, which I only discovered a few days later. I was her last appointment and I did feel very rushed.

Dr. Zeller is a tremendous diagnostician. I have seen opthalmogist for the same problem for 6 years and she took the time and conducted to tests to determine what it was.

very nice clean, inviting office. staff was, for the most part friendly. One walked by me and three others twice without even acknowledging our presence. Another came across as indifferent. The rest of the staff were very friendly and professional.
Dr. Zeller is great! Friendly, very attentive and willing to take time to answer my questions, make suggestions and even chat with me. Highly recommend her.

I was 20 minutes late to my appointment. Initially, I was told that I would have to reschedule. I apologized and explained my situation. I was late because: my car wouldn't start, I had to take my husband's car, and then (probably because I was upset about the car) I put the wrong address in the GPS.
The receptionist was very understanding. She went back to talk to the doctor / staff on my behalf. They very kindly allowed me to stay instead of making me reschedule.
The office receptionist, staff, and the doctor were all very kind, understanding, and professional. Throughout the appointment, the staff / doctor ensured that I was comfortable, all procedures and results were explained, and all of my questions were answered.
Highly Recommend.

The entire experience was easy and efficient. Dr Zeller listened to my medical history and after a series of evaluations offered guidance regarding the need for and what to expect from the recommended surgery. I felt comfortable with the amount of detailed information shared and that my concerns were heard.

Doctor brushed my concerns off and did not find anything wrong with my eye even though I was in pain. Didn’t do any testing and I was later diagnosed with an infection by a different doctor.

The receptionist and the pre-exam people were great. Fantastic! Friendly but my experience with Dr. Zeller. Although she told me she was new to the practice, she seemed very unsure of herself and did not put me at ease regarding my issues and reason for visit.
