The doc was great, super clear, and polite, and the overall staff was nice too, not very pushy, which I liked. Except for the first technician who saw me, she was annoyed that I asked for a tissue and was very short/sharp in her answers. I said hello and didn't say hi back. Maybe she was having a bad day? who knows.

I booked appointment with a different doctor and it was switched without any reason. I don’t have any complains about the doctor I saw because she was nice and explained things well. The customer service in the office needs improvement. When they called to book my follow up, Vanessa confirmed there’s no copay. I traveled into the city just for this follow up and they’re saying overwise with no empathy and expressionless. Not coming back here again

Worst experience. I showed up on time, checked in, and was then told my appointment had to be rescheduled. They later sent me a text saying I needed to pay a deposit to confirm the new appointment. Absolutely horrible—I traveled to the appointment only to have it canceled, and then they demanded a deposit to reschedule. I would never use this service again.

Good office and doctor, but just a note that they don’t provide your PD measurement - which is required if you wanna buy lenses outside the clinic.

This was a great appointment. Dr Dodaj ensured that I was happy with my contact lenses and that I left feeling confident about our appointment. I would certainly come back in the future. Britney, one of the administrative staff, also ensured that I had all the information I needed, including and especially, information regarding a rebate for the lens. She had a wonderful disposition and made me want to visit the office again. Thanks for a great experience!

My first time visiting Dr. Dodaj for an annual eye exam, and it was a good one. I wanted to check for Glaucoma and any other eye related diseases as well as assess my eyes, and she did both very well, and did not try to push products/frames/etc. that I didn't need. I would definitely return to visit Dr. Dodaj.

I did not see the provider I made an appt with and was told when I got there she wasn't there. I also got confirmation emails for multiple different locations, and even after calling to confirm the appt was told (upon arrival) I needed to come back another day. This isn't the provider's fault but wasn't great.

My appointment was not with her, it was with another person who was good , Ernest the cashier "assistant" guy who got my payment was very rude, didn't explain things well and didn't give me a receipt after I paid for my lenses with a credit card, I called their office Next 2 days and somebody answered me and hang up the phone twice so I don't know when I will get my paid frame and lenses.

Dr. Dodaj was so nice and helpful. I hadn’t been to the eye doctor in a few years and she was non judgmental and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. She then actually took steps to check them and give me an explanation for each one and we were able to find resolutions as well. The front desk staff was great, and even helped me (upon my request, cause I’m clueless when it comes to glasses) with picking frames that suited me so well I only had to try on two pairs! They were on top of the insurance billing and listed out all of the charges and costs i could expect. Everything was very transparent. I’ll be back for an annual appointment going forward.
