Dr. Mohr is an optometrist with a deep commitment to helping others improve their vision. Coming from a long line of veterinarians, it seemed only natural for Dr. Mohr to enter the same field. But when she first observed her hometown optometrist, she immediately fell in love with the ability to maximize the gift of sight and help individuals in her community. Before joining Vance Thompson Vision, Dr. Mohr volunteered with Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity, providing vision care to underserved communities. She served patients at the Eye Institute of West Florida in Largo, fitting scleral lenses to those who had undergone corneal transplants or had degenerative anterior segment disease. She also specialized in comprehensive medical optometry and management of ocular disease at ophthalmology clinics in Fort Wayne, IN, and Sioux Falls. Personal & Hobbies In her free time, Kristin enjoys playing sand volleyball, exercising, diving into any newly released suspense or fiction novel, and spending time with her husband, Branson.
