They need to update which insurance providers they accept. Get a new front receptionist while you’re at it. Horrible.

It seems that they don;t use the information on line
The initial consultation seemed to go without issue. The continuing care, the tests ordered, and the complete lack of communication among the team created the issues. They lost my chart and were unaware of the reason for my followups and testing appointments! The doctor chose to have a last minute meeting with a colleague and delayed my care by over 1.5 hours! One of the MA's on staff was instructed to take my blood and was absolutely unaware of how to go about it. I was booked for a 3 day neuro test and was told to take off of work, which I made sure to organize and have ready. Upon arrival for this appointment, they had neglected to even book the equipment and claimed they were in the midst of moving. I discontinued care at that point and pursued alternative neurologists. It has been months since this experience, and I have even yet to receive any bills. My insurance has yet to receive their submissions and their office does not take any calls. Absolute lack of professionalism.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, which is not always the case. Dr. Cho was patient and meticulous in his review of my previous head trauma. The JKC team made this office visit a seamless experience—highly recommend!!

The office staff is great and Dr Kyung Cho is excellent. He asked questions that helped me feel comfortable explaining my symptoms. He listened patiently and provided great information about my health issue and what course of action to follow. I’m very grateful I found the JKC Neurology Medical group.

Awful Raised his voice at my mother
My experience was smooth. Saw my doctor in a timely manner he helped me with what I came in for. The staff was extremely professional and personable. Nice, clean office.

Absolutely loved my experience here! Everyone is super friendly, and Dr. Cho seems to really care about getting down to the root of the problem, and not just prescribe some medication.
Verified patient

I would not go to Dr. Cho unless I absolutely had to. They are disorganized and are not forthcoming about your treatment or care plan. I felt very uncomfortable the times I went into the office and ultimately decided to pursue another provider.
this doctors office is terrible. They lost 9 viles of my blood...had me come back in so i can get my results of why i came in...all to be told i couldnt get the results because they lost my blood samples. Will never come again. For those of you interested in booking with him...go on google and type his name in and you'll see his terrible reviews.

Doctor Cho was attentive, but there were some things that bothered me about the visit. For one, he interjected unnecessary comments about my personality - like that I'm a "perfectionist" when discussing my sensitivity to outside noise when sleeping. That's simply an inappropriate comment to make. Also, at one point he turned the light off and cracked the (previously closed) door slightly before doing a quick eye exam. When he finished, he did not close the door when we resumed our discussion and I had to close it myself. I know for sure there were patients right outside in the waiting room, so had we been discussing something private...well goodbye patient confidentiality. Also, it seemed like the EEG tech had trouble speaking English in a way that I (and I believe most people) would be able to understand him. I understand people have accents, but at least have an info card or something to explain what I'm going to experience during this EEG since I've never had one before.

Very good doctor
I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Cho. I've been trying to get a diagnose and to treat my symptoms for over a year. Many doctors did not take my pain seriously and I was frustrated. However, Dr. Cho took the time to listen to me and to thoroughly examine me. He prescribed me medication that finally helped me. He took my concerns seriously and incorporated my feedback into the treatment plan. He also advised me on lifestyle changes. It's clear he has many decades of experience and that he cares about his patients. I don't have a clear diagnosis yet but my case is complicated. The office itself is nice, quiet and the staff is kind and professional. The front desk staff, Mrs. Lee, is friendly and diligent. She followed up on all of my requests, so that I can get reimbursed by my overseas insurance. I thank the entire office staff for their professionalism and kindness! Tip for new patients: The office is on the 2nd floor. The office itself is also known as JKC Medical Group or MITAA.
