I was 4 minutes late because I didn’t realize there were 2 offices within 15 mins of each other and I went to the wrong one. I walked in and immediately apologized and offered to reschedule. Front desk (female with red hair) said “you’re late”. Not welcome, not sorry you were confused. Did not acknowledge my apology. Absolutely hateful demeanor. Requested ID and insurance which I provided. Was annoyed when I informed her the address on my ID needed to be updated. She handed me a clipboard and said fill this out. No please/thank you. then said follow me to where she conducted the preliminary testing with no explanation as to the what/why she was doing. Then asked for my glasses to check prescription. She pointed to the waiting area and said I could sit out there. I explained that I could not see to walk where she pointed and she huffed and walked away while I blindly found my way to a seat. There are many other options in my area. I will not be back.
