“Staff was cool. Office was typical, I think what made my experience great was the detail, patience and courtesy of the provider. My vision is bad, I never get offered trials, she offered trials because of a unique situation I encountered. She was honest from the start and stated she didn’t specialize in the lenses I was currently using & didn’t force me to make a rushed decision or make a decision without having being upfront and offered any alternatives. She throughly listened to me, she didn’t seem judgmental and she provided advice that wasnt based on bias but experience and genuine concern. I was pleased with my visit, the price I paid and the overall experience.”
