My first experience with Dr. Rodgers was ok
I was seen by Dr. Dilworth. she was very helpful and knowledgable. She listened thoroughly to my concerns and talked them through with me.
Not sure if my prescription wasn't put in but I called the pharmacy it was sent to and they didn't have it. By the time I called the office back it was closed.
My visit with Dr. Rodgers. She ia kind, personable, an expert, and doesn't mind questions like some docs do. The day I came the office was understaffed, so my visit was a somewhat rushed, but overall it was a good experience.
The visit was uneventful. Staff was professional and doctor was helpful; willing to listen and talk and not rush me out of the office.
My visit with this office was okay. At first the receptionist told me my visit wasn't for the day I had scheduled even though zocdoc sent me multiple reminders for that day. She told me I could still get checked it would just be a while. I had to wait about an hour but I didn't mind since it was my day off. I also thought it was kind of odd that my doctor that checked me wasn't dr, Rogers, I honestly can't remember her name but she was friendly. I really just like to get reviews of doctors before i go to them but she was fine. Overall my visit was fine, everyone was nice especially the lady that took my blood. I would go again.
I had to reschedule due to weather and the staff was very responsive.
Everything went smooth. The DOCTOR took her time with me and answered all my questions
Everyone was helpful and informative!
She was not personable at all during my pregnancy appointment. This is my first time being pregnant so I was looking forward to a truly amazing experience with an OB-GYN. Maybe I was expecting too much, not sure. She was not open to me asking questions and infact said "ok, that's enough questions" after my third question. Also, the tech that took my blood pressure had her left eyelash falling off while taking my initial vitals. I say all this in hopes that it will be taken as constructive criticism and adjustments may be considered. Blessings!
Very professional/ no waiting
Dr. Rodgers was very professional and thorough. She made me feel very much at ease, and I would definitely recommend her. It's hard to find a good doctor for women, but Dr. Rodgers fits the bill. Her location is convenient and parking is accessible.
I felt rushed and the doctor recommended that I get the Gardasil shot ad then said nothing about it after she brought it up. I feel that the exam should have taken a little but longer and that she brushed off my problem although I told her I was having that medical issue since February of this year.
I was a new client and I felt like she was rushing me and Wasnt personal at all. I felt she didn't really ask questions and the questions she did ask or I asked she didn't really care well at least that's the impression I got. Even the person that took my blood said the Doctor is a very busy person and I could tell because everything felt rushed except the wait
She very patient and she is very nice and understanding!!
I was not very happy about my visit with Dr. Rodgers. I went in for a pretty serious issue. I was not even examined in her office. I have never been to an OB-GYN office that does not do ultra-sounds on site. I was sent off to a far away office in pain to have an ultra sound done. Her visit with me was a quick Hi and bye with no kind of effort to explain anything to me. I didn't have time to tell her any information that I thought to be helpful. I felt very rushed and very unimportant when I walked out of that office. The receptionist was also very rude. I will never visit this office again.
I felt like I was being rushed. Also I didn't like that there were not any stirrups, and the office was a little dirty. I also didn't like she did not perform that actual exam the nurse did. She really just talked to me as the nurse was performing the exam.
Everyone was incredibly friendly, I felt like I'd been coming here for years! Doctor was great. Definitely coming back here.
Awesome and comfortable experience
It was great and convient
Dr. Rodgers was very short and didn't address many of my concerns. I explained that I was coming to her for a second opinion because I felt like my primary GYN was "leaving me in the dark". She didn't provide much more info and she did not examine me for herself. I don't think she took the time to understand what brought me to her office.
Shes very nice and very professional .
Very professional, beautiful personality. She cares about your well being.
Everything was nice and quick. No problems at all ! Great atmosphere !!
The front desk staff was AMAZING as was the nurse/assistant. Dr. Rogers was very pleasant as well. My only critique is that I really didn't feel that she invested much into a specific concern that I had and felt as though I received a very extreme answer to my concern opposed to seeking alternate options.
Dr. Rodgers and her staff were very professional and courteous. I waited for less than 15 minutes before being seen. She even took the extra step of sending my prescription directly to the pharmacy herself--that was the first time I've had that done. Most doctors write the script and then have you take it to the pharmacy. She saved me a step and I really appreciated that.
A rushed job.
Very professional. I felt at ease with her. I will keep her as my OBGYN Doctor.
It was very prompt, the staff was very friendly the doctor was very nice, the office was clean, overall my visit was very pleasant and I have a follow up in two weeks very satisfied....
This is my first time being pregnant and I made that known. I am absolutely confused about this process. I left the office knowing the same thing I knew before going in. I honestly felt as though I wasted my time. I didn't really get an experience to say whether or not she is a good doctor. I won't say don't try her. I'm just giving my experience.
I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Rodgers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My wait was less than 30 minutes. I will use the Dr. again and tell others about her.
Luv Dr. Rodgers is very professional and care about you health.
I feel that she was professional and thorough with me as a new patient. I was very comfortable with the staff and will definately be returning there.
Dr. Rodgers' office was efficient and professional. The doctor saw me right away and my visit with her was informative and directive.
she is the best Doctor ever....
I've been a patient of Dr. Rodgers for a few years now. Usually the wait time in her office is about one hour. During my appointment day it was a little less than 30 minutes. Also Dr. Rodgers took time to answer the questions and concerns I had, I didn't feel rushed.
I felt like she was rushing to get out of the room and she wasn't even paying attention to what I was saying .. I will never go back and I will not recommend her to any of my closes friends .
I'll definitely be back. I love supporting professionals of color. On top of that, she was knowledgable, friendly, and her staff was great. The office is also very quaint and professional, and I got everything that I needed accomplished. Also, the lab technician who took my blood was lovely. Definitely recommend.
Well recommended! The office is clean and the staff is nice and friendly. Dr. Rodgers is very informative, and knows what is best for the patient. From personal experience with Dr. Rodgers I know she will do what ever it takes to get the job done and have satisfied patients. Would recommend her to anyone friends, family and strangers.
She's honest, funny, and puts me at ease. All the women working in the office are the same. Great doctor.
The office personnel is very friendly, and Dr. Rodger always greets you with a smile. I have recommended her to all my friends and family.
The doctor was too fast. She didnt leave room for any questions or concerns.
Service was horrible , staff was great and nice but doctor herself basically didn't do anything wasn't worth my 30-45min wait , will not be going to this office ever again for pregnancy.
She was well-informed .
Dr. Rodgers was excellent. She was very informative and proactive in my request. The staff was professional and patient. Would definitely recommend Her to my friends and family.
I've been with Dr. Rogers for over 9 years...love her!!! I would definitely recommend her and her office staff!
Loved her. Loved my old gynecologist, who I was with for years, but I think that when I change my insurance, instead of going back to my old doctor (whom I LOVED), I'm going to stick with Dr. Rodgers. She's very easy to talk with, has a sense of humor, good explanations, all are qualities that my other doctor, of 20 years had, however, Dr. Rodgers is not only much much closer, but she's a woman! Now that I'm getting a little older, I think maybe I want to talk to a woman who intimately understands my body. Feel kind of like I'm cheating or breaking up with someone, that's how much I loved my old doctor and had fully expected to return to him.
I'm glad I choose this place to be my new dr.
I am changing doctors
Wanted a consult, barely spoke with her. I will not be returning.
It's was great. I would definitely recommend Lauren Rodgers. Staff are very friendly and caring.
my visit with Dr. Rodgers was great. She was very professional and I loved that.
Its not what I am used to. My main question/concern was not solved. Ive had WAY better experiences. Now I am home with the same worry that I had before I came to the doctors
She was too rushy.
She was excellent! Very friendly and professional and made you feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend.
Overall the visit was okay. The Dr. was professional and was able to explain to me what was going on and I wasnt charged for my visit b/c that location allows one (non charged) well woman appt a year. However the biggest disappointment was the wait time and that I did my check in through Zoc Doc but the office didn't have that information on hand when I got there a few days later. so I was required to fill in all the information yet again! The wait time was horrible!!! I got there at 10:45am b/c I was a new patient and want to make sure it all went smoothly but I was not even seen until after 12:30 for vitals and the Dr. didn't actually come to the room until at least 1:30 . Then the interaction only took her 10-15min!1 Are you serious?? 2hrs wasted for a 15min appt. ridiculous. I mentioned my frustration to a nurse who was very nice and she stated it was the new year catch up and it was very crowded. So I will give this place one more shot b/c the staff was nice and so was the Dr. but if its not better I may be back to square one at finding an OB-GYN while I'm in my 1st trimester.
This Dr. seemed pretty nice on the surface, but I felt rushed and unable to ask questions. I also felt that she made assumptions and based her decisions for my treatment on my age as opposed to asking questions that would help her better understand my health history. I felt she was kind of cold, rough and impersonal. Before I could check out she had her coat on and was going out of the door. I waited an hour and a half (past my appointment time) to see her. When I finally got in the back, it just seemed like she had better things to do. I understand that doctors have to manage their time wisely so that they can see all of their patients- I Totally Get That, but I should never feel like my gynecologist doesn't have time for me. This was my first visit with her and I had real concerns that I wanted to ask questions about. I didn't get to address any of my concerns because she was trying to hurry and get out of the room. I told her in the beginning that I hadn't had a check up in quite some time and she just treated me like I was a loose end she was trying to tie up before leaving the office. Very disappointing!
I was originally so excited when I found her via ZOC DOC and she had appointments available within a few days. I SHOULD OF KNOWN THERE WAS A CATCH TO THIS. I filled all my paperwork out via ZOC DOC but when I got to the office they didn't have the info and stated they couldn't access the internet system to retrieve it...they asked me to fill out all the paperwork again. Once I completed the paperwork, I still waited and additional hour before being triaged, The exams rooms were extremely hot... like an oven, When Doctor Rodgers came in she barely looked me in the face at all. She stayed glued to her laptop/ Ipad gadget she had in her hand the whole time. She was not friendly or personable . The pap smear was done with barely any conversation before or after. Doctor didn't seem to want to know about past history or anything because nothing was really asked. I attempted to ask questions but, she seemed like I was taking up her time and she wasn't interested in answering me. She left the room, I thought she was coming back. NOT !!!! Her medical assistant came and got me 20 min later and informed me the doctor wanted me to have routine blood work done...My blood was drawn, I left and I have never heard from these folks again. NEVER !! Never got results of pap smear, never got results of lab work. NOTHING ! Good thing I'm a medical professional and was able to pull my own results from Lab Corp. I tried to support a medical professional of color, what a mistake. This appointment took place 12/17/13.. it is 8/31/15.. and I am once again getting a reminder from ZOC DOC to schedule an appointment with Dr. Rodgers. I WILL PASS !!!
It was good. I will go back, long wait time due to new employee so that's understandable.
The visit was excellent after I got there. The office did not give good directions on how to get to the bldg. Otherwise, the visit was fabulous! Dr. Rogers was very professional. Just for the record. I was told by the receptionist that my information form that I completed online was lost?
She was a major help and made sure I understood everything. She asked a lot of questions and this being my first time seeing her, she made me very comfortable. I think i may make her my primary OB/GYN
My visit with Dr.Rogers went well. She was very helpful. I felt comfortable with her. She was great!
It was great.
Dr. Rodgers was very professional as well as her staff, everyone was very nice. I would really recommend her to my friends. Dr. Rodgers answered my question and was concern about my health. She is a wonderful doctor.
Pleasent friendly and professional staff.
I felt she to be very informative and I will recommend my daughters to her.
