I will not go back but cannot make the decision for anyone else. My appointment was for 1pm, I walked in the office and someone was eating behind a partition in the waiting room, no one was at the window but I could hear loud talking in the back. Finally after about 15 mins a staff person came out and began my registration. Still waiting in the lobby I heard the doctor I presume meeting with a patient, she finished with her about 1:30. I wasn’t called to the exam room until about 1:45 before I got to the exam room I heard the doctor on the phone. I guess it was more important for her to talk on the phone rather than see a patient who had an appointment. She entered the exam room w/o knocking at 2pm and introduced herself, never once did she apologize for having me waiting for an hour. Very unprofessional environment, loud taking and the office needs a deep cleaning.
I had a great experience
The doctor and her practicing nurse were highly unprofessional and not gentle. They took several times to try and insert the medical device to do my paps smear without using lubricant and then were insensitive when I was reacting in pain to their several failed attempts of trying to insert the medical device along side my reaction to the doctor being too rough while scraping the inside of me with a “brush” to get test samples. Will not be coming back and I don’t recommend anyone going there for medical treatment. I was then being pushed several times to order contraception right there when I told them several times I’d like to get names of brands on a printed out list so I can look into the options before I just say yes. I also never received that list or any informational materials about contraception. They were not informative and I felt very neglected and rushed. I’m also still very sore and in pain from the paps smear exam they clearly were not trained to do properly or at all.
The front desk workers and the nurses were friendly. The physician didn’t seem interested to learn anything about me as a new patient. The wait time for a morning appointment was almost an hour.
I made an appointment for my annual exam with hopes of finding an OBGYN that was closer to home. Unfortunately, I left with tears in my eyes. The doctor was extremely cold, dismissive, and quick to mention I had to pay a deductible if I wanted to discuss ANY concerns I had. She rushed through the exam and made me feel very uncomfortable. The front office staff and nurses were nice, but the office itself is outdated. My vitals and intake questions were taken in a hallway with no privacy. The worst experience I’ve had in a doctor’s office.
Waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment. Front desk nurses were rude. The office was dirty. Patient information was not confidential whatsoever. They draw blood in the waiting area which makes for 0 privacy. The area to draw blood was a small corner and the technicians stuff was out in the open. Very unsanitary. The doctor also rushed through my appointment and I did not feel heard. I will not go back or recommend. Additionally it took over two weeks for my bloodwork to be uploaded in the system.
This was my very first appointment with Dr. Rodgers. Her team was very professional and friendly. She was a pleasure to speak with. I look forward to my next appointment with her!

I wouldn’t recommend this doctor or office to anyone. I mainly went there to get an ultrasound done but their ultrasound machine was quite old. I’ve requested the doc to print scan images for me but doc ended up saying they don’t do that. Same thing for the heartbeat rythem, their machine wasn’t capable enough to share that with patients. Also doc Rodgers seem to be in a hurry as she didn’t ask if I’ve any questions, and on my questions she didn’t pay close attention I’ll give it 4/10
Really great visit

New patient 9am appt. Arrived 840am and waited outside in cold until Dr Rodgers arrived at 850am. Office very outdated needing repairs and paint. It appeared unclean. Blood pressure and weight was measured behind the receptionist area where staff had their personal belongings on the table. No privacy and unprofessional. I used the restroom and there was a urine sample on a table inside dated 11/18/25. My appt was 11/20/25. The exam room was not clean. Dirt/debris on floor behind exam table. Dr Rodgers announced she didn’t use stirrups (that was a first) so I had my exam with my knees up on the exam table. Dr Rodgers rushed through my breast exam and there was no rectal check. Little to no conversation from the doctor. Considering this was a first visit, it wasn’t very warm or welcoming. I will not be returning or recommending Dr. Rodgers to anyone. I will say the front desk staff was nice but needs coaching on keeping their personal items away from where patients are seen.

Didn’t feel comfortable. I felt my voice concerned wasn’t heard and felt rushed. Lastly I felt like my concern was being dismissed as if it was wrong for me to come and inquire.

Dr. Roger’s has been my doctor since I had my first child. I am 53 and I been seeing Dr. Rogers since I was 18 years old. I highly recommend her to everyone.

I came in a bit early. There was no line, so no wait! Staff was friendly, listened to any concerns I had, and was very quick and professional with the service!
Verified patient
I would come back to this location and doctor; the wait was only long due to being a new patient and completing required documents. Which was on me to make sure all the information was accurate. Once completed I was able to meet with the doctor within the next 5-10 minutes. She was able to do my well woman exam and I was on my way. The appointment was at 9 am and I was gone by 10 am.

The office is terrible they overbooked and at the last minute told me to go to a different location. They lost my blood work. The nurses were horrible every time i asked questions i got ignored. They didn’t tell me anything about my baby whether it was healthy or not nor the gender. As a first time mother this was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. Luckily My sister has a better obgyn to go to. Do NOT go to this location. This lady needs her license taken as rude and as she is. Her staff is just as bad
I was just not very pleased with The Visit. I came for a second traumas visit. To then find out the office does not do second trimester. Visits, the person at the desk took my payment before asking me what I was here to be treated for once. I mentioned I was here for a second trimester period she said, we don't do that here. And i'm now still waiting on a refund because my visit was incomplete. Did I mention the doctor walked in at 9:17am when my appointment was at 9:15 for me to then find out after my payment was taken and waiting that I cant be seen by the doctor. No one read my file prior to give me a call. Day wasted.

I went to get an IUD removed and hopefully replaced. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Instead, I was poked and prodded and given a rather quick swab for a test I really didn't even want. Though I made my reasons for my visit clear when booking appointment and on the forms I was given to fill out when I arrived, I was told to make another appointment to remove the IUD. I asked about getting a different IUD because for the past 3 years I felt like a zombie (libido-wise) but I was dismissed while being told to use condoms in the interim because that IUD doesn't affect libido and paragard causes heavy flow. First off, it does affect libido. It’s not a universal effect but it does. Second, I know about the side effects of Paragard. I accepted them. Hence my desire for one! Instead, I was told to use a worse form of birth control!
Great service.

The doctor and the office lady were very nice and professional. But the pace was extremely slow. And the office itself was about a 2.5-3 Star as far as quality. I was supposed to get some bloodwork done, but I ended up leaving beforehand. Because it was taking too long.
My Doctor's visit was outstanding! I will be returning as a regular patient. The Doctor's bedside manner was warm, professional and thorough.

This was my first visit. Dr. Rodgers was pleasant, accommodating, and efficient. After my wellness exam, (which went well). I was a little apprehensive, as a senior Dr Rodgers was compassionate, understanding, and met my needs. During our conversation, she gave me clarity of all of my concerns. Yes, I would recommend her. It’s been 2 weeks since my appointment and I haven’t got my results back from any test that was done and I’ve even reached out asking for them. I was told they were not back yet.
What can I say?! Please do not book this doctor. First front desk had horrible customer service. When you first walk in you have someone that draws your blood. When she’s not with a patient she was on the phone the entire time My name was called and I go to the desk and she tells me through the door. No one grabs you which I thought was unpleasant because it was my first time here. She tells me to have a seat right next to her (which is the front desk) so she can take my blood pressure. A client walks in as she’s doing this and was late for her appointment. She starts helping that client while I’m sitting right there.Next she takes me to the room, room really wasn’t ready. No table paper on the bed yet I asked for the restroom and she walks so far ahead of me I ask her to show me where the restroom is. She finally Said follow me. Bathroom is right next to the front desk which I was so uncomfortable with. Sadly I wasn’t seen by the doc waited an hour. Left without being seen.
