I was worried I wouldn’t find someone who could compare, but Dr. Wong made me feel completely at ease. She truly listened to everything I shared, and walked me through the entire appointment with care. Her bedside manner was great. The front desk staff and nurse were friendly and accommodating and got me in right away. I’m so grateful to have found this office and will definitely be back next year for my annual exam.”

She received her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and served as the administrative chief resident at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center. They did not listen. Belittled and shamed me for personal information. The doctor was tense and made me feel very uncomfortable and in trouble and she was seemingly annoyed with me the entire visit before exiting quickly before going over any next steps.

Dr. Lily Wong has great bedside manner. Takes the time to listen and address your concerns. The staff is very nice and efficient, I got through with my appointment in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Wong was wonderful. Going to a new doctor isn’t always easy, but Dr. Wong was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. She was very thorough and informative. She was open to answering any and all questions and I didn't feel rushed. Her nurses, Jenny and Sharon, were also very wonderful.

Dr. Wong was really great with making sure I didn’t have any lingering questions. Hopefully I will be able to see Dr. Wong again next year, assuming my health insurance is still accepted by her practice. I had a 10:00am appointment and was seen around 11:00. I think up to an hour is typical at a lot of offices so it’s not that unusual to me.

The front desk staff, assistants, and nurses were all lovely, caring, and had great bedside manner. There was a slight language barrier with the staff, but nothing unmanageable. As for Dr. Wong herself, maybe I caught her on an off day, but she was not warm or welcoming, and frankly was a bit defensive and agitated in her demeanor. I didn't get a sense of empathy at all, and it felt like she was invalidating my own symptoms and my mother's history of infertility. She did the job, but seemed uninterested in me or my treatment. Probably would only come back for a basic yearly check.

Dr. Wong is great! She was super friendly and made me feel at ease right away. I told her that I tend to vagovagal with any type of medical procedure. She immediately reassured me by telling me that I can lay down as long as needed after the procedure, she was distracting during the examination, and was done very quickly. I also did not feel any pain at all. So far, she is the most professional OBGYN I have been to. I highly recommend her!
