“10/10. The front desk staff was nice and clear about everything. Ms. Emma Shapiro was so delightful. She explained everything to me every step of the way. She was attentive. Most of all she listened to all my concerns. Then the lead phlebotomist was such a sweetheart. I don’t remember her name but her bob was brown and black, pretty caramel skin tone, and about 5’5 average height. I thank all of them for their hard work.”
