About Dr. Lisa Vinokur
Dr. Lisa Vinokur has been providing obstetric and gynecological healthcare services to women in the north metro Atlanta area since 1994. Dr. Vinokur is proud to administer exceptional, compassionate, and personalized OB-GYN treatment to her patients at her practice, North Fulton OB-GYN, in Alpharetta, Georgia.
A native of New York, Dr. Vinokur graduated from the prestigious Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and completed her OB-GYN residency at Lenox Hill Hospital. Dr. Vinokur is board-certified and a fellow of The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Vinokur has over 20 years of experience and remains up to date on all of the latest advancements in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. She continues to provide outstanding and personalized obstetrical services and offers delivery choices at both Northside Hospital and Emory Johns Creek Hospital. In addition, Dr. Vinokur features a vast array of gynecological services, from well woman exams, in-office procedures, and minimally invasive outpatient surgeries, to anti-aging, wellness, and weight loss management.
Dr. Vinokur has a special interest in the treatment of perimenopause and menopause. This includes a very thorough and individualized assessment of this phase of a woman’s life, incorporating nonmedicinal recommendations, hormonal treatments including bioidentical pellet therapy, and a holistic approach to assist in patient well-being and longevity.

I was a new patient and even though I am in-network, they did not attempt to bill my insurance, which I have confirmation of. I did not get any of the test results I specifically requested. I waited over an hour to be seen, only to be seen by an NP instead of the doctor I booked the appointment with. The receptionist was extremely rude and laughed when I asked if I could reschedule because she told me I had no copay and had to pay the full amount on the spot (which was incorrect). Overall the appointment left me in tears and feeling extremely embarrassed and frustrated at the way the situation was handled by the staff.

I had originally booked with Lisa Viknour but was called by the office due a scheduling error with ZocDoc. I was then assigned to Angela Bolger and so glad I was paired up with her. I haven’t had a Pap smear in 8 years and was nervous about the whole process. Angela Bolger was nothing but amazing. Her bedside manner was great and she explained everything she was doing beforehand. Couldn’t recommend more and now I don’t feel dread for any future appointments. Also got my results back through the patient portal within three business days.

Honestly she was wonderful, the entire staff took great care of me especially when i let them know what was going on. they were very quick to see me and the appointment didn’t last as long as i explained. definitely coming back for another appointment

I booked with Dr. Vinokur, but when I arrived, I was seen by a PA instead. I asked if I could see the Dr. I booked with, but was informed that she doesn't even work there on the day of the week that I booked. The PA was very kind and patient during my exam and advised that she would contact me to review test results. However, the results were released 3 days ago, and although they were abnormal, no one has contacted me to discuss. I left a VM and still haven't heard anything.

From Ellie at the front desk all the way through to seeing Dr.V it was a fantastic experience! The building and office are great and everyone in the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr.V is AMAZING! She took her time with me and listened to all of my concerns… and there were many! She made me feel like I was completely normal and my problems are all fixable. She is thorough and ready to offer me choices in my healthcare. After reading other reviews I knew she was the doctor for me and I was right!
