About Dr. Louise Highley

I enjoy getting to know patients when they first come in, maybe for contraception, then when they’re thinking about starting a family, and then seeing them through their pregnancy and hopefully being able to deliver their baby. For any patient coming in for an obstetrics or gynecology visit, the first time they have that exam can be very intimidating. My goal is to make people as comfortable as possible, especially for those seeing me for the first time -- making them feel comfortable about asking questions. There’s no such thing as a dumb question. The dumb question is the one you don’t ask. At our practice, we all communicate with each other about being consistent in the way that we provide care. We’re all on the same page of our goal of doing the right thing and best thing for the patient.
