A native of San Antonio, Texas, Dr. Souadi grew up with a love for sports, actively playing soccer and basketball throughout his youth. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Texas at San Antonio before pursuing his Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Optometry. Dr. Souadi is committed to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal eye health. He combines his medical expertise with a personalized approach to care, ensuring each patient feels heard and supported. Outside of the office, Dr. Souadi enjoys spending time outdoors. I was denied service when i arrived 8 minutes late. Yes, i understand i was late but the unprofessional manner of the office was something else. I work in the medical field & our providers will see patients even if they are 15 minutes late to their appointment.
The office was open for another hour so it was very disappointing that the providers couldn't see me. I doubt the front desk guy even asked the provider if they can still see me.
I prefer to take my business elsewhere & will not recommend my friends or family to go somewhere they wont be taken care of, especially when it comes to their health.

He was thorough. Listened to my concern. Suggest a change in contact lens whic he provided me, and then explained why nothng more could be done until i had the cataract taken care of and we discussed costs and providers. Nice first visit for sure.

I called 30 minutes prior to my appointment to inform them that there was an accident on the highway and I was going to be 10 minutes late. I arrived 5 minutes late and there was no doctor on site.
