This eye appointment was a huge inconvenience and i did not get my issue resolved with my visit. I needed a contact prescription but apparently had an appointment for glasses which I did not need, & this was expressed. Formerly I’ve had no issues getting both prescriptions same day, but this particular office staff & doctor informed that I’d have to make another appointment, as well as give a copay at my next visit. I’ve been wearing contacts over 15 years and have never had this issue or been dismissed in this manner. The clerk was also confused as to why the doctor wouldn’t honor my request. It felt like a money grab, especially when a customer is present expressing what service is needed but being told no and to come back another time. I’d recommend an office that better respects and acknowledges your time and money. I will not be returning!
