Dr. Madeline Hernandez earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in 2001. She is board certified and licensed in the treatment and management of ocular disease, with a special interest in Comprehensive Primary Eye Care and Contact Lenses. With more than two decades of experience in optometry, Dr. Hernandez is passionate about providing personalized, compassionate eye care to every patient she serves. She believes that quality eye care is about much more than simply improving vision—it is an essential part of maintaining overall health, independence, and quality of life. She takes the time to listen to her patients, understand their individual concerns, and develop a treatment plan that is tailored to their specific needs. Dr. Hernandez welcomes patients of all ages and is fluent in Spanish. She is proud to provide comprehensive eye examinations in both English and Spanish, helping patients and families feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their care. Her greatest reward as an optometrist is building lasting relationships with her patients and knowing that she has made a meaningful difference in their vision and well-being.
