Dr. Chishty earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis, in 2001 and continued on to the University of California, Berkeley, where she received her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2006. She has received intensive training during her rotations at the Veterans Affairs hospitals in San Francisco and Palo Alto, with an emphasis on ocular disease management. She has also attended numerous special training workshops to advance her knowledge of the latest contact lens technologies. Dr. Chishty enjoys seeing patients of all ages, especially children.
