About Dr. Mahsa Mohajery

The International Multiple Sclerosis Management Practice is a patient-centered multiple sclerosis treatment hub that redefines what’s possible in MS management. Our team of board-certified neurologists work in tandem with in-house MRI and infusion facilities, physical and occupational therapists, and social workers, as well as a cognition specialist, naturopathic medicine doctor, and registered dietician to provide a robust, personalized approach to MS management.
Dr. Mahsa Mohajery is a board-certified neurologist and fellowship-trained neuroimmunologist/MS specialist with a personalized, empathetic approach to MS management.
She completed her neurology residency at Hackensack University Medical Center, JFK Neuroscience Institute, and her neuroimmunology fellowship at Tisch MS Research Center. She is actively involved in both patient care and clinical research and has a special interest in supporting women with MS, including those navigating the hormonal fluctuations of their family-building years.

I've been seeing Dr. Mohajery for about a year now and in addition to being highly competent, I have found her to be very thoughtful and caring. I really appreciate how patient she is and how she takes the time to answer all my questions.

Dr. Mohajery took two hrs for first two appointments, drawing out details about my condition that didn’t come immediately to mind. She suggesTed returning to a medication I had stopped years before because I had built up immunity to it, so I could go off a medication that has contraindications. She also made appointments with other medical professionals in the Tisch MS center she thought could be helpful to me. What a difference from my previous neurologists!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mohajery. I have seen so many MS specialists over the years, but she truly stands out. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I felt truly heard and cared for during my visit.
Her office staff was also fantastic—friendly, professional, and efficient. Everything was right on time, which I really appreciated. One of the best parts is that the MRI is conveniently located in the same building as her office, making the process so much easier.
