I was happy to get in right away considering I made the appointment the day before. The OD seemed friendly but any time I asked a question I seemed to have annoyed her. The lady Salina who was assisting me with getting my glasses was beyond unpleasant. She acted as if I was bothering her and I got to the point where I didn’t even want to get my glasses through them. I just wanted clarification on my insurance and she snapped at me and respond “if you listened to what I just said.” She also kept pushing me to get the most expensive frames. She honestly made this experience terrible. I would not recommend this place.
