I showed up for the visit and waited half an hour and paid for the visit and then I was told that I was supposed to have been called because the doctor was not available that day and the appointment was supposed to have been canceled to begin with.
I now have to wait to be refunded by the ridiculous billing department.

Great doctor - very long wait time. I waited in the waiting room for about 70 minutes. Then I waited another 20 minutes in the exam room.

Dr. Pimentel was very thorough. I had a ton of questions and she took took the time to answer all of them completely. She also seemed to be knowledgeable about my autoimmune disease, which is a rare disease and most doctors who aren't rheumatologists don't know much about it.
