Made the appointment through Zocdoc. When I arrived for check in I was told that they didn’t have my name for an appointment to which I showed the confirmation I had in Zocdoc. They then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn’t make appointments with them through Zocdoc because they don’t receive them. Although they accommodated me, I couldn’t see the doctor because apparently my health insurance (MedStar Select) could only be accepted if I had a medical condition like (glaucoma, etc) and since I was only there for an eye exam nothing could be done.
