“As a new person to Pittsburgh, I got lost on my way to the appointment resulting in running 10 minutes behind. This office has a 10 minute cut off so I waited for the next available appointment, an hour later. The office staff were friendly and respected my name as well as pronouns which I appreciated personally since so many medical professionals and offices often do not respect this. Everyone I encountered here were very friendly, great listeners, and genuinely cared. I'm looking forward to receiving my eye care here. ”

I will not be returning to this location because my clearly stated decision to decline optional procedures was not respected by Dr. Marla Crawford I felt pressured, questioned about personal beliefs, and left uncomfortable after fear-based comments were made. I expect respectful, patient-centered care, which I did not experience here. I will say the technician was very professional as well as the front desk staff.

Everyone was friendly and professional. The environment was very positive and filled with massive great energy. The new office spoke in volumes. The eye doctor was super amazing with great work ethic her assistant was just as awesome.
This office takes the cake for the eye doctor’s offices from my past. I wouldn’t go to any other eye Dr other than the Eyetique…(s) .

I was worried how this would go because I had to rush schedule due to an emergency and they were able to see me that day even though they were packed busy.
The staff is super friendly and make you feel comfortable instantly. They also have a huge selection of glasses with all sorts of designs and brands.
The office is also extremely clean and tidy. I will continue to go here until my coverage changes or I move. Highly recommend.

This is the best eye doctor I have ever seen. I work every day and tend to demand and expect high competence from others. I state this to clarify, I am a very harsh critic and this optometrist is most likely among the best in the whole region.

Helpful and kind. Found a hole in my retina and was non-alarmist about it while referring me to a retina specialist. The specialist found additional holes, so I am not sure why the others didn't come up on the initial photos, but Dr. Crawford communicated clearly and helpfully and was kind.
