About Dr. Marlan Anderson
Dr. Anderson is a graduate of Baylor University and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston Optometry School. He has been in practice since 1982. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, the Bexar County Optometric Society, the Texas Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. He is also a Therapeutic and Glaucoma licensed Optometrist. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, traveling to Hawaii, scuba diving, and hiking!

Dr. Anderson was by far my favorite eye doctor I have ever been to! I have had incredibly bad vision my entire life and never really knew why or what caused it. Dr. Anderson explained the reasoning for my poor vision, talked me through my scans and what they meant, and offered different treatments that I hadn't heard about. He was very friendly, understanding, and answered all my questions. 10/10 recommend!
