Everyone listened to my concerns and then proceeded to get data to look at my current prescription as well as pictures to look at my eye health. Dr. Martha Burreto took the time to listen to my questions and then explained what each picture showed in relation to my vision issues.

Dr. Martha Barreto completed her undergraduate education at California State University, Northridge, earning her bachelor's degree, and obtained her Doctor of Optometry from Midwestern University- Arizona College of Optometry.
Working as an optometrist at NuVision, she is bilingual and serves both the English and Hispanic communities in the Phoenix and Glendale areas. Dr. Barreto believes in providing outstanding eye care and greatly invests in delivering quality care as well as professional patient service. She caters to a wide variety of ocular conditions such as refractive correction with glasses and contacts, eye infections, dry eye, glaucoma, and diabetic and hypertensive eye exams.
Driven by a passion for continuous learning, Dr. Barreto attends many conferences and workshops around the country, embracing emerging technologies and treatments to better serve the needs of her patients. This was an emergency appointment when I couldn’t get in sooner with my regular eye doctor. I had a problem where they tell you to go to the emergency room or be seen immediately by an eye professional. The doctor did a thorough exam, isolated a problem and gave me a plan for the next six weeks. I appreciated her confidence and friendliness.
The office sent me paperwork online that was already pre-filled with my ZocDoc information, which helped lessen the amount of time I had to spend at their office when I arrived.
