THE DOCTOR DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED SINCE I HAD BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT FOR 1::00 AND DROVE 70 MINUTES (ROUND TRIP). I ARRIVED AT 12:45 AND WAITED UNTIL 1:30 BEFORE LEAVING. THE WEBSITE CLEARLY STATED HE WAS AVAILAVLE ON SUNDAY TO SEE PATIENTS.

I booked an appointment, received an invitation, and got a confirmation. I drove all the way there—spending an hour in agony with eye pain! Everything was closed, and no one answered the phone! It was a nightmare! I ended up having to go to the hospital instead. I am extremely upset!

I’m very pleased with the lenses I received from this office. The clarity is outstanding, and I can immediately notice the difference compared to my old pair. The doctor made sure my prescription was perfect, and the staff helped me understand the different lens options available. They recommended lenses with features that fit my daily needs, and I’m glad I followed their advice. The lenses are lightweight, comfortable, and make everything look sharper. I truly feel like I’m seeing the world in HD.
