“I have gone to Dr. Bittel for years and now his son and will continue to go. I do have one suggestion, and that is I do not think it is good that the receptionist asks other patients about their illnesses and what medications they are on at the check in window, for all other patients in the waiting room to hear the response. I would think this is a violation of HIPPA. Maybe this should be asked on a form, on through the tablet, but not verbally in a public setting.”

The eye examination by Dr Bittel was thorough and I would definitely recommend others for the eye exam. However, the price of getting a second pair of glasses was too expensive and I didn’t get the one on one experience I was expecting when trying on the glasses.
Care and service. Friendly staff
U where to look at my glasses to replace update u. Did not I called 4 or5 times left massage no call backI need new lenses on old glasses
Picked up my new glasses. Four days later my glass popped out of the frame. I called to see if I can have them repaired but am unable to get a hold of anyone. I have left a message but no one calls back even.
Dr. Matthew Bittel is great! He takes the time with his patients and tells you exactly what he's seeing. The office staff is wonderful as well. Everyone is very friendly and puts you at ease. The only thing I don't like is the closed window for check in. It makes you feel closed off from everyone. I do like the new tablets for the check-in process.
I called Saturday (hours 9am-1pm) for an appointment and did not get an answer (are people in the office?). I left my name and number--no call back. I also overheard a worker mispronounce my surname by not even attempting the second half. Extremely disrespectful.
I did not like filling out the info on the ipad.
Always have great friendly service.
You deliver what you promise.
Always great value and great service
staff is always pleasant and helpful
I've always had smooth visits here. Most the staff is amazing and a couple are kind of grumpy, but what are you gonna do...still happy to be here and love the doctors.
They got me in right away and saved my eyeball!
The new electronic kiosk system is atrocious …
Everyone there was so nice and friendly especially the receptionist. My only problem was getting an appointment. I called 3 times and left my name and number and no one returned my call. On the 4th call I was read to leave a message to get my records ready to pick up and they answered.
We have been pleased with the care our family receives at Bittle Vision. This survey is for my son’s appointment, I was not with him, so I can’t answer specifically about his visit.
