Clinical Certifications and Specialties: NBEO, TMOD, Clinical Excellence in Pediatrics and Ocular Disease; Contact Lens Specialist. The reason I became an optometrist is: In 5th grade, I kept missing the baseball in the outfield because I couldn't see it clearly. After visiting an Optometrist and getting glasses and contact lenses I became the captain of the team. That's when I decided I wanted to make a positive impact on other people's lives. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Solving their problems, whether it be visual or medical and hopefully giving them a sense that I care for them as an individual. In my spare time, I enjoy: Spending time with my wife and 3 daughters while traveling, going to the beach and golfing.
